Sunrise at Temecula Creek Inn

Monday, July 4th, 2011

I stayed at Temecula Creek Inn on my way home from an engagement proposal session at Sea World in San Diego last week. My internal alarm went off and happened to wake me up extremely early. I ended up catching the sunrise which was EXTREMELY beautiful. The way the sun lit up the fog covered ponds and tinted the lower half of the sky was an amazing sight. I grabbed my camera to share some of natures beauty with you. Here are a few photos to enjoy.

Universal Citywalk

Monday, May 30th, 2011

I went to Universal Citywalk the other day to see the movie Thor at AMC Theaters. I highly suggest you check it out if you haven’t yet. But, about one hour before the movie started, I stopped at Karl Strauss Brewery to enjoy a few drinks and appetizers during happy hour. Here are some pics I took that day.

Karl Strauss Brewing Company from the top of the loft.

A spectacular view from where we were seated. When we arrived, the hostess asked us if we wanted to sit inside or outside. We chose to sit one the patio because the weather was perfect!

Started with a few drinks while we waited for our food. Windansea Wheat Hefeweizen is delicious! I visited Karl Strauss before but couldn’t remember the name of the drink I had there. I thought it was Woodie Gold but realized it wasn’t the same as last time. This photo of the drink menu should help remind me the next time I struggle to remember lol.

Finally, our food has arrived! Spinach Artichoke dip, oh how I love thee.

Finished eating and took a stroll around Universal Citywalk before the movie started.

Starbucks!!! I didn’t get anything to drink but HAD to take a photo of the store front because I love them so much. MmmMmm, Starbucks.

While walking around, we heard some live music and thought to ourselves… let’s go check it out! It turned out to be a “construction band” playing with things you would find laying around a construction site (minus the guitar haha). Really cool, especially considering they were playing in front of a construction zone at Citywalk.

Check out these guys!!! I fly in my dreams often and wonder how it would be fly in real life. The employees at iFly get to do it every day. How cool is that?!

I love the way the sunset was hitting these palm trees. It was such a perfect afternoon.

Griffith Park Observatory

Friday, May 27th, 2011

After the engagement photography session with Shaun and Amanda in Pasadena, I headed over to the Griffith Observatory to enjoy the beautiful day. The sky was clear and I had a great view of the Hollywood sign. Here are a few photos I captured while I was there.

Nature Hike – Landscape Photography – Cajon Pass, CA

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

Uh oh! It looks like another day slipped past me and I wasn’t able to post a blog. I guess I owe you two blogs today… again! Lol. I hope you enjoy the photos I took while going on a hike in the middle of the Cajon Pass on my way back from LA to the desert.
