Aaron and Alyssa, wow, you two were such fun to work with. I met them with their mom at the park to snap some photos of them in the afternoon. Alyssa wanted her picture taken pretty much right when I got there. She looked at me, looked at my camera, then back and me and waved with a big “HI!”. Aaron on the other hand took a while to want to take photos. He ran under the table trying to hide from the camera screaming “NO PHOTOS!”. Played hide and seek behind the trees, and ran away like he was being chased by lions tigers and bears, oh my! I kind of felt like a member of the paparazzi trying to take pictures of someone famous, haha. In the end, it was a GREAT session with two amazing kids. I can’t wait to do it again

Ray and I have known each other from the social scene for the past few years. I’ve worked with him on several occasions but haven’t had a chance to take his photo 1-on-1 until now. We met at the hair salon and then walked around the building. The lighting was perfect and the scenery wasn’t bad either. Thanks Ray!

Ah Brad… Our first photo shoot was almost destroyed by rain and cold weather. I’m glad we were able to shoot with such nice weather this time. Everything was pretty much perfect!

Here’s a photo from the beach. I spent some time in Santa Monica and found this really cool orange shell. Apparently there was something alive inside the shell and it only opened when it was on the sand so it could dig and bury itself to hide. My guess is that’s a form of protection, whether it be from the sun’s oh-so-powerful UV rays, or just hiding from the seagulls who were trying to eat it lol.

Alright, here’s the second post for today. I think I’m caught up again.
These photos were taken of my friend Lindsay and her son. The wind wasn’t cooperating so we weren’t able to get photos of the two of them together. It was still a great day and a perfect chance to play in the park. My favorite part about taking photos of kids at the playground!

Uh oh! It looks like another day slipped past me and I wasn’t able to post a blog. I guess I owe you two blogs today… again! Lol. I hope you enjoy the photos I took while going on a hike in the middle of the Cajon Pass on my way back from LA to the desert.
